This penthouse is home to a thriving family of five that includes three rambunctious young children. The space needed a carefree and comfortable living environment that could also play host to a constant turnstile of guests.
YDC Design successfully curated this Lincoln Center penthouse with a mix of durable textiles, familiar layouts, and a balance of communal places and quiet corners.
The penthouse is comfortably appointed with four large bedrooms, and it discreetly offers expandable sleeping arrangements for six. As with the sleeping areas, the penthouse itself is set up to be used for intimate settings or larger gatherings that utilize the entire space.
